Austin, TX — Every September, the heart of downtown Austin transforms into a hub for civic engagement as journalists, thought leaders, and changemakers gather for the Texas Tribune Festival — a three-day celebration of public dialogue and democracy. This year, Latinitas Magazine joined the conversation, spotlighting the power of young Latina voices shaping Texas’ future.
Hosted by The Texas Tribune, the festival brings together more than 300 speakers across politics, culture, and social justice. From sessions on education equity to discussions about reproductive rights, climate change, and the upcoming elections, the event invites Texans of all backgrounds to engage, question, and imagine a more inclusive state.
