Support The Latinitas Purple Party Pickleball Tournament And Use Paddles for a Purpose!

Latinitas is having their annual fundraiser, The Purple Party Pickleball Tournament presented by Atlassian on Saturday, June 1 from 3:30-8 p.m. at Eastside Paddle Club in Austin, TX. This event includes a competitive corporate tournament for sponsored teams, pickleball-inspired games for all attendees, open courts, and a Zumba class.

Guests can enjoy delicious pizza by Bambino’s and drinks by Bawi Agua Fresca & Hi Seltzer. Access to the venue bar is also available. Support a good cause by participating in our silent auction. Donation opportunities are available. Everyone is welcome to wear their pickleball or workout attire, and wearing purple is highly encouraged!

    Sonia Sanchez is a vibrant journalist with Mexican roots that has a penchant for spreading good news. Her journey into journalism began at The Dateline, the student-run newspaper for The University of Houston-Downtown. She has a Master of Science in Technical Communication and Bachelor of Science in Professional Writing. She is also a Latina in Tech that runs a technical writing business called Simply Write for clients such as HP, Inc. She enjoys taking Hip-Hop and Street Jazz dance classes around Houston for fun.
